Hi guys,

Ben and the guys at McTavish pointed me in your direction. I’m currently riding a Surftech 9,1″ Fireball which is great for me in steeper, faster waves or late drops. Being 6,1″ tall and 14 st. I’m struggling a bit in smaller slower waves. It will get me through the autumn and winter but looking ahead I’d really like to get a custom EPS/epoxy version. Can you get these or is just the PU boards coming from the factory?
Tim Heyland at Tiki used to sell the GSI EPS/epoxy versions but is no longer a dealer for them.

I am wanting to buy a Spider Bomb but am unsure of what specs to go for. I am a intermediate 38 yr old at 6ft, weighing 95kgs and surfing 3ft to 8ft waves. please could you recommend specs (length, width & thickness) for me ?

We’re expecting the boards to be delivered next week, we’ll post details on the blog when they’re physically unpacked from the container and in the store, not much longer to wait now, after they were apparently shipped by paddle steamer they took so long to get here!
