Delivery Policies:
We normally ship all goods within the UK for next day delivery.
- We endeavour to dispatch all goods ordered within 48 hours of purchase
- Generally goods ordered before 2pm are shipped the same day
- Orders made after 2pm are normally dispatched the following day
- Delivery within the UK takes 2-5 working days (we aim for next working day)
- Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9-5pm
- For International Delivery we endeavour to deliver within 7-12 Working Days anywhere in the world, the carrier used depends on the country of destination
- Deliveries on National Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not available.
- Orders processed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (or Tuesday when a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday).
In the event of extreme weather condition or circumstances out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for you order not arriving the next working day. However we will make every effort for your order to get to you as soon as possible.
In the event an item is out of stock, will contact you and arrange to either dispatch the goods as soon as possible, provide an alternative item, or refund the item as appropriate.
