CHILLI surfboards are shaped and designed by cutting edge Australian shaper James "CHILLI" Cheal. Over the last couple years CHILLI shapes have gained a cult like status among the worlds elite surfers, and are some of the most in demand shapes on the planet today. Andy Irons, Kelly Slater, Chris Ward and nearly every member of the WCT top 28 have been seen using CHILLI shapes in world tour events (some getting big results). All our boards are sourced direct from Chilli in Australia and use Chillis own "ESKIMO" brand foam blanks. "ESKIMO" foam is known in Pro surfing circles as light and durable with an extra "POP" under your feet that most blanks don't have.
