Tom Lowe heads to Hawaii with eyes on the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing

Tom Lowe is currently packing his boards and boardshorts, getting ready to hit Hawaii. The Vans Triple Crown of Surfing has started and we have no doubt Lowey will be keeping an eye on the comp. Lowey, big-wave pro surfer from Cornwall is very familiar with the workings of the North Shore…

The Vans Triple Crown of Surfing was reintroduced in 2020 as a digital competition. The open event, now welcomes solely video entries from 125 surfers at three iconic spots on the North Shore; Haleiwa, Sunset, and Pipeline.

The charts are looking promising… a solid north-westerly swell is already pounding the North Shore of Oahu and it is anticipated to be a fortnight of very solid waves.

Lowey has also secured a spot to compete in the Jaws Invitational, a prestigious big-wave competition at the iconic Maui break. On ya Lowey!

We are sending out a care package to Lowey, with some essentials for his trip…

A care package to drop in Hawaii; including the Christenson Twin Fins, Pyzel x Futures Quad Fins and some Big Wave FCS leashes.

Be sure to keep an eye on ours and Lowey’s socials for updates on his trip!
