As from 1st January 2021, the UK will leave the European Union and the EU single market. We will continue to sell and send products to all countries inside the EU, as well as countries outside of the EU as we have always done.
For countries inside of the EU, you will no longer pay our UK VAT when purchasing our goods, you will instead pay your own country’s VAT when receiving the goods. If you are unsure of the VAT rate in your country, you can find more information here. We will provide all necessary commercial invoices and documentation for the couriers, to ensure seamless transport of the goods to you. There may also be a duty and handling fee payable to the courier. This is based on the origin of the goods, and payable by yourself, the customer, when receiving the goods.
For countries outside of the EU, nothing will change, and you can expect for us to provide the same excellent service we have been done for over 20 years. Please note this is a new government rule and we are closely following their guidelines. We will continue to monitor and adapt, as necessary.
