The MF (Mick Fanning) Twin offers the free and loose feeling of a twin fin even in steep powerful surf without becoming uncontrollable, this is thanks to its refined performance shortboard inspired outline. The MF Twin is a modern twin that can handle serious speed with tighter turns in the pocket and more hold through big carving turns. It features more rocker, more concave, and a straighter tail outline compared to a traditional twin fin and can be driven hard off the bottom like a modern performance thruster.
We have surfed this board in a wide range of conditions from gentle beaches to hollow reefs and it has performed exceptionally. It feels like a super-fast and super-responsive shortboard and it's not until you release the tail you are even aware that you are on a twin fin. The MF Twin absolutely combines the best of both.
