The Lost Driver has been the staple of their high performance line for the past 8 years, having netted CT wins for many team riders including Kolohe Andino, Carissa Moore and Tyler Wright. The Driver has evolved during this period, but the base concept remains unchanged
"Designed around a low tail rocker, balanced with a more generous nose rocker, it’s meant to be ridden “off the tail”. It responds well to a strong, rear footed, technique. Because of its built in drive and the fact it easily projects under tail pressure, the Driver is an easy choice for average ability surfers who stand heavy and rely on the rear foot for drive. The outline is “modern modest”: Smooth, with no noticeable hip, or bump, and nothing extreme in terms of nose or tail width. Mid volume rails, nose to tail, with a slight box in the tail. Along with the low tail rocker, the Driver features a modest concave from center, increasing through the front fins and blending to flat off the tail. This concave adds lift, and also ensures plenty of rail rocker curve under the rear foot, which loosens up the relatively straight tail rocker, and allows tight radius turns when put on a rail."

We also offer a bespoke board ordering service for Bing, and Canvas surfboards. These boards will take longer as they are hand shaped and finished in California before being shipped (like actually on a boat dude!). As a rough guide we bring boards in from California 2-3 times a year, but it's best to contact us for the current import status.
Going to the other side of the world, we take custom orders on JS,DHD and Vouch surfboards. These boards are built at the respective factories in Australia and sent over along with our stock orders.. Again, 2 - 3 times a year.
Some customisations will of course incur an additional fee, ie.sprays, carbon etc.. in which case we'll advise.
If you want to place a custom order, or just want to have a chat to find out more, give us a call on +44 (0)1736 757025 or drop us an email.
When we've agreed on exactly what you want, and you're ready to place an order, we'll need a £100 deposit to secure your board until the joyful day if arrives... bringing with it 4-6ft waves and offshore winds....just like every time you buy a new board... right?
*4-5 weeks is an average time for completion. However we cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control (transport, force majeure, etc.). We will however contact you if we have any information regarding the unlikely event that your board will not be made and returned in an agreed time period. Christenson surfboards take up to 10 weeks for completion.
