Ordering & Payment

There are 2 ways to order:

1. Online: Simply browse or search for what you're after using the menus to the left and above, then add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, and checkout by paying with your credit or debit card, it's secure, quick, and easy to use. We accept most major card types, including Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo. We also happily accept PayPal. For information about paying in instalments please see our Klarna information page.  We also take American Express in the shop or over the phone.
2. Phone: Alternatively, phone through your order; by calling us on +44 (0)1736 757025.

Special Orders

• Special orders, such as pre booking surfboards not yet in stock, are taken over the phone as we like to discuss your requirements to ensure you get exactly what your after. Prior to placing your order we will ask you to confirm you are happy, as ultimately it's your responsibility to check that all the details are correct.
• All special orders require you to pay £100 deposit when you place the order. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on special orders, unless we have failed to fulfil the order as it was requested.
