EpoxicoreTogether with his design and development team, Darren Handley has created the Epoxicore technology to bring together the best of both worlds of traditional fibreglass and Epoxy constructions. Weight has been evenly distributed to eliminate "chatter" at speed, allowing for a greater connection with the water and offering more flex at the tail end to give more pop and control out of turns.Rail performance: The weighted rails make burying the rail a whole lot easier, providing the necessary control to complete your manoeuvres.Epoxicore has been developed with the input and feedback from the DHD team including world champions Mick Fanning, Stephanie Gilmore and Jack Freestone.

Terms and Conditions.
We stock the largest range of surfboards in the country. However if you can't find what you're looking for then why not get one made just for you, exactly how you want it?
We offer a custom order service on any Channel Islands, Lost, Pukas and Christenson* surfboards. We are the only AAA account holder in the UK for these boards. What does that mean to you? Well, it means that all of our custom boards are ordered and made under highest priority, which means less waiting time for you. We have the fastest turn around of any shop in the country, with an estimated board completion time of 4-5 weeks*.
You can customise the board any way you want. You decide on:-
We also offer a bespoke board ordering service for Bing, and Ryan Lovelace surfboards. These boards will take longer as they are hand shaped and finished in California before being shipped (like actually on a boat dude!). As a rough guide we bring boards in from California 2-3 times a year, but it's best to contact us for the current import status.
Going to the other side of the world, we take custom orders on JS,DHD and Vouch surfboards. These boards are built at the respective factories in Australia and sent over along with our stock orders.. Again, 2 - 3 times a year.
Some customisations will of course incur an additional fee, ie.sprays, carbon etc.. in which case we'll advise.
If you want to place a custom order, or just want to have a chat to find out more, give us a call on +44 (0)1736 757025 or drop us an email.
When we've agreed on exactly what you want, and you're ready to place an order, we'll need a £100 deposit to secure your board until the joyful day if arrives... bringing with it 4-6ft waves and offshore winds....just like every time you buy a new board... right?
*4-5 weeks is an average time for completion. However we cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control (transport, force majeure, etc.). We will however contact you if we have any information regarding the unlikely event that your board will not be made and returned in an agreed time period. Christenson surfboards take up to 10 weeks for completion.
