SHOPPING INFORMATION

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will include all details of the order. We’ll see the order, pick and pack and book into the relevant courier for collection. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the package has been collected by our courier.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to ensure our products are same product as shown on the website, so all product images on our website should be correct. However, in some cases products may vary slightly. If you have any concerns, please get in contact and we’ll be happy to help.

Will you restock items indicated as ‘out of stock’?

If the product is still relevant, we will more than likely restock. However, with some surfboard and wetsuit models that are old or from previous seasons, we will not be restocking. For any queries, please get in contact.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

Add your email address in the form at the bottom of this page (in the footer) to sign up to our newsletter to be kept up to date with the latest products and happenings in the surfing world. You can unsubscribe at anytime. We will never share your information with anyone else and we will definitely not spam you!

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once the online transaction has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. You will also be able to find your order history on your account on the website. This will have all the information from previous orders.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

Please email us if the item/s are a gift and to be sent to the lucky recipient. We will then simply omit the order receipt from the package and will email to you instead.

How is the recipient reimbursed?

Once the product arrives back with us in the shop, you will be refunded using the method of payment you used to pay for the goods.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

All refunds will be reimbursed using the original payment method.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges will vary depending on the item/s in your order, and the destination. Once you’ve added products to your cart and fill in the delivery details, the price of shipping will be calculated and added on to the final amount. You can find more information on the delivery charges page.

How long will delivery take?

We ship all goods within Mainland UK via Royal Mail or TNT/FedEx. All Surfboards are sent via TNT/FedEx who provide a fast and comprehensive next day delivery service to mainland UK (Scottish Highlands are not next day). All other items are sent with Royal Mail using their first class 24 hour tracked service. These normally take 1-2 business days.

We endeavour to dispatch all goods on the same day, if ordered before 2pm. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the next day. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday.

For International deliveries we aim to deliver within 5-12 business days, depending on the destination. For more information, see the delivery charges page.

How can I return an item?

if you wish to return an item, simply fill out the returns from enclosed with your online order and return it to us at the address given at the bottom of this page. If you do not have a returns form, simply enclose a cover note which includes your details and order number, and we will contact you once it arrives with us in the shop.

How long do I have to return an order?

We Accept returns up to 14 days after the date of purchase, or date of dispatch if bought online.
