Surfboard Trade Ins

Here at Down The Line we know that sometimes you may outgrow your current board or just fancy an upgrade! We pride ourselves on having some of the best second-hand boards there are to offer and none of this would be possible without you! If you're looking to trade in an old board against a new one, please don’t hesitate to get in touch! Here’s how:

Buying Online

Email info@downthelinesurf.co.uk with the header "Board Trade In"

• In the email, please include clear and detailed photos of the board including any dings or repairs.
• We will then email you back with an estimated price for the trade in, however the price is not final until we see the board in Person.
• You can then order the new board as usual on the website.
• Once the new board arrives, use the packaging to pack the trade in board.
• Please make sure it is packaged well. We are unable to cover any damage in transit if the board is not wrapped correctly.
• Once it arrives in our shop, we will then assess the board and contact you with the final price.
• We will then process the partial refund for the trade in

In Store

Simply bring your old surfboard to the shop and we will give you an instant valuation.

Please note: We only accept trade ins when purchasing a new surfboard.
