The Patagonia impact vest can be worn on its own or layered under a wetsuit. Made from stretchy 1.5mm 85% Yulex natural rubber/15% synthetic rubber it features flexible 25mm foam panels for increased flotation and protection in heavy surf.

- Made with 85% Yulex natural rubber/15% synthetic rubber by polymer content; the natural rubber is Forest Stewardship Council certified by Preferred by Nature
- Stretchy, solution-dyed body linings: the interior is 100% recycled polyester jersey, and the exterior is 88% recycled polyester/12% recycled elastane; both the lining and exterior fabrics are laminated with solvent-free AquaA glue
- 25mm foam panels offer impact cushioning without impeding range of motion; chest panels are removable for a closer feel of board when paddling
- Zip free design allows step-in entry through either of the arm-holes
- Flatlock seam construction for maximum durability
- Made in a Fair-Trade Certified factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their work
